How to Verify Your Email

Missing out on our newsletters but wanna be in the loop? Just follow these easy instructions.

Verifying your email address allows you to receive the latest info, news and goss from Habbo staff. We promise not to spam you and it’s a great way to stay up-to-date with any Habbo Hotel happenings!

HOW TO VERIFY:
Not sure how to check if your email is verified? Follow these simple steps:

1. Visit your Account Settings
2. Click on 'Email changing and verification'
3. Does a button appear asking if you want us to send you a verification email or 'Activate my email address'?
4. If "no", then you are OKAY!

.. if the button does appear for you, then you should do the following:

1. Check that the email address that you have entered is in fact the email address you use
2. If it's not, then you need to change it.
3. Once you see that the email address is correct, click the button and check your email inbox.

When you receive the verification email from us, click the top link in it, and you should be verified and good to go!

SOME MORE TROUBLE SHOOTING:
Please go through these issues before you contact our help crew.

Problem 1:
Email address is correct, but verification email never arrives!

Solution 1: Make sure that the email is not resting somewhere in the realms of the spam, junk or trash sections of your email browser.

Solution 2: Your email address might be registered through AOL, Live or Hotmail, and this can sometimes lead to delays in their delivery. It might be an idea to find another free email provider to use (such as gmail etc).

Problem 2:
My email address is incorrect, but I cannot change it since I don't remember what birthday I registered for my Habbo!

Solution 1: Rack your brain, is there ANY way you can remember? Try different variations of your own birthday. Different years.

Solution 2: No go? Then you should contact our help team through the Habbo Help Tool. Since you are currently not receiving emails, I would suggest that you create a new Habbo (with the correct email address this time) and contact the Help Team through that Habbo.

Make sure that you contact them with as MUCH information about your Habbo as possible such as:
- payment methods you might have used if you ever bought Habbo Credits
- other Habbos you own
- other Habbos that might be using your computer
- the email address currently registered on your Habbo etc.

Please be aware that our Help Team can DENY your request if the information you provide is insufficient. This is obviously for safety reasons.
