You might have noticed some special furniture was added to the Catalog weeks ago that allowed you to earn votes while standing on it. Well now it has come time for those votes to matter.
Starting on Friday April 24th a list will be published that contains the TOP 25 voted Habbos. Those 25 contestants will face Habbo Staff at the Habbo Judge’s Mansion to perform for a spot in the Top 12. If you are selected to be in the Top 25 please make sure you have your friend requests enabled so that you can be added by our Hotel Manager, CrestHawk to easily communicate the competition information to you. The Top 25 will begin their performances on Monday April 27th for 3 to 4 Habbo Staff judges. Details will be posted on Friday along with the Top 25 list that will include the room location and the times. If you are in the Top 25 and cannot make the times/dates posted to perform you will be eliminated from the competition.
On Friday May 1st the Top 12 will be announced and will each receive an exclusive Top 12 Badge and a never to be released Habbo American Idol furniture item to be announced later in the competition.
Once we have our Habbo American Idol Top 12 contestants, they will perform for you, the Habbos. The first voting process will take place. Videos of each contestant’s performance will be put on Habbo’s American Idol Voting group page for everyone to view. Then you will vote for your favorite in a poll that will be posted at that time.
The Top 6 contestants will move on to the next round and perform again for your votes. For this, the Top 6 will each receive 50 coins.
The Top 2 contestants will then perform one last time for your votes and the grand prize.
The winner will be crowned LIVE at the Habbo American Idol Gala. More details to come later.
