All of us here at Habbo are genuinely concerned about the environment and we believe that global warming is becoming a much more serious issue.
Because we love the Earth, we are fully supporting WWF's Earth Hour campaign. But not only are we supporting it, the ENTIRE world of Habbo will be involved in this world-saving effort. This is your chance to unite with your fellow Habbos around the world to take part in this historic event.
WWF’s Earth Hour 2009 is aimed at motivating every individual, business and community to switch their lights off for one hour at 8.30pm (your local time) on Saturday March 28th 2009. Computers, TVs and radios can remain on.
WWF’s goal is to engage a billion people worldwide. That includes all of us in Habbo as well.
EARTH HOUR IN HABBO
As a special event in Habbo, on Saturday March 28th at 8:30pm ET / 5:30pm PT, we will be closing the Hotel for ONE hour in support of Earth Hour 2009. Thats right for ONE hour the Hotel will be closed!
