The whole "W"is for baby talk is quite weird or the pattern of uncapped and capped letters is very hard to read!
Example of W: I wuv/lwove-- woo/wu!
Example of caps and uncapped: IlWoVeYoUvERyMuCh! Try reading that!
You may think picking on them may not work... Well... IT DOES! I researched that for myself.
In my Baby bullying days I picked on the babies at A's Adoption center. After awhile half of the population left.
Annoyance is the key!
Babies are teens that have no life, and try to be so dramatic and get away with it. So they act like babies on HABBO to see if anyone'll follow them. Whoever started babies was a total loser.
