Now before i write anything i just want to say I dont work for habbcrazy anymore and i dont care what's going on over there but now its really bothering me on how the sulake staff team is acting towards us. You guy's gave each official fansite beta codes to give to our staff and thats what we did. We also had beta codes from other hotels which we were giving away to our fans. You guys thought we were giving away the codes but if you check your records the list of the usa names we gave you are ALL habbcrazy staff. We have been emailing you guy's asking for you to check into this and not just terminate the official status of habbcrazy. We thought you guys would be more professional about this and not just ignore us so you dont have to deal with problems. From one little mistake of what you guys thought wrong caused a great radio fansite community to go into the slumps. Skier and entertain are good fansite owners and to tell you the truth they wouldnt do anything to hurt the community. I am starting to quit habbcrazy so i dont care what im saying from now on so if i knew habbcrazy was a bad site i would tell you straight up but from the time i worked there all they wanted to do is entertain habbos and keep the community active. Once again we did NOTHING wrong with the beta codes that you guys gave us we did as we were told and i really think you guys should check more into it then to just ignore our phone calls and emails. Thats all i have to say for now. thanks

Sulake shouldn't have removed the official status without investigating it more. It's like blaming someone with murder just because they were there. Get your facts straight Sulake. HabbCrazy did nothing wrong.

habbo staff are being stupid. There is NO rule saying Beta codes cant be given away as prizes. Kaiser and Serad was habbcrazy staff so I dont know why Habbo staffs are basically saying or thinking that habbcrazy broke the rules.

I must agree with mazalta. I have been staff many, many times on habbcrazy. I have seen how professional Skier and Entertain really are. They manage to make one minor mistake and you don't even give them the benefit of the doubt.

As staff, you should be helping all official fansites with problems they face. We do part of your job for free, considering we have managed to keep a steady fanbase from quitting an otherwise crappy game. It is the radio, the djs, the events, and the people that keep us here... and you "professional" staff won't even give us a second glance when YOU are the ones who made the mistake.

They were given the beta codes under your approval and sulake isnt intelligent enough to collaborate with it's own branches. Imagine if the president didn't bother talking to the legislative branch. Simply put, we would be BOBBA'D.

I hope this is a humbling experience to you staff members, because anywhere else in the world other than this game, you would be fired.

We have half a mind to contact the better bussiness bureau for you reducing the web traffic to our site, reducing our add revenue... all because you are stubborn.

I wouldn't mind if we had actually done something wrong and we were emailing just for a second chance. But the fact that it is a misunderstanding and that the staff haven't even looked into the case thoroughly.

Yes, we're maybe teenagers, but we do know how to spot professionalism and what you are doing is not professional, not replying to us and leaving us not knowing whether or not you have received our emails and calls.

If you have not received any of them, I do apologize and I guess you would like to read one of the emails sent =)

Recently you have revoked HabbCrazy.Net's official status due to breaking a rule. We do however believe that you do not have a full understanding of the situation. We were told that two HabbCrazy Staff members were allowed access to the BETA program, which we did not fail to comply as we did give this access to two of our staff members, who are in fact management at HabbCrazy. Serad is our Radio Manager and Kaiser93 is part of our Site Technician team. I do believe that it may seam a bit suspicious that we gave access to these members and not ourselves, but the reason for this is because me and the other owners of HabbCrazy all had BETA access on Habbo UK and we did not see the need for us to have access on both UK and US hotels.

We were planning on giving BETA access out as a competition prize, but this BETA was not the access you gave our staff, it was in fact the invite codes you receive as a BETA tester. We were unaware that we could not give the BETA invite codes away from these specific BETA accounts (Serad & Kaiser93), however I do believe you jumped to conclusion as the invite system was not in place on the US Hotel (Was currently in place on the UK Hotel) and we may or may have not been giving the BETA invite codes away from these accounts.

I have also sent in a Call for Help asking the moderators whether or not we are allowed to give the BETA invite codes away as a prize, and they replied as long as we do not sell the BETA codes, then it is allowed. So if the case is that we are not allowed to give the codes away as a competition prize, we nor the moderators have been informed of this rule.

I have attached a print screen of the Call for Help and Reply.
