Alright, all you people are going crazy over Cauldrons, and I'm just asking you to stop for a moment and think about it.
Silver smoke machine was out for a day (or an hour?). Cauldron, out for a day (essentially).
SSM was 3.0-6.0 for about a week, then dropped to 1.0-1.5. Cauldron is 3.0-6.0 right now...
Okay, that's one example, let's move on to the next example (I absolutely love this one) Brown Pillar! One day! Coins weren't even redeemable! Not even going to release for another four years!!1 OH MY GOD I BETTER COLLECT SOME!
In short, they failed, because they're an ugly rare that doesn't stack well. Cauldron? A bulky rare that doesn't look good stacked. I mean, think about it, what is the demand for Candy Cauldron's right now? Pretty bad right? Yeah.
How many casinos do you see Candy Cauldron's in? Can you name one?
This just seems silly, they aren't even a promo rare. I mean, sure, you can say "Hey Lutist, look at the huge demand for Green Cauldrons!", to that I reply, first day there is always demand.
All in all, I can understand getting some, but I don't understand paying ridiculous prices for them.

1 hour rares were dj's and dinos, and look at them, 1 day rares arnt that great like you point out. Look at the leap day pillar. These are all hype and no demand.

that is a good point but i have this to say:
All of you who were lucky enough to realise they were so high and bought some from [noobs] for 2 hcs, then sold em FAST for 5-6? Thats great.
However, those of you stockpiling them... NOT a great idea. they will do horrible in the long run like the brown pillars and valentines cauldrons before them.

LOL, I honestly don't care. It was expected anyways, they kinda fail at being original. They just make the rares different colors and you guys buy them. Even if you don't like them, so many people are going to buy them anyways.

Why did you post this if you don't want people to express their thoughts?
I have no need for unconstructive posts. Her post had little point. I don't need people to post if they're going to simply state that they don't care. That's a waste of space and everyones time.
