If you're a girl, and want a good teen romance, try books by Catherine Clark and Rachel Hawthorne. They're all pretty similar, but very good reads.

I'm now addicted to the Darkest Powers trilogy. The 1st book is The Summoning, the 2nd book is The Awakening, which just released. Read Living Dead Girl, it's creepy. Also read Vampire Academy.

All the books by Dave Pelzer are amazing!

Swallowing Stones is really good too! It's a little slow in the beginning, but it has a really good ending.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky.
I liked this one too. I'm gonna read Haruki Murakami and Chuck Palahniuk books for now.

A child called It by Dave Pelzer is also a good book, but quite depressing. 48 Laws of power by Robert Greene, The god of small things by Arhundati Roy.

On the lighter note, A walk to remember by Nicholas Sparks, Me talk pretty one day by David Sedaris.

Blah, so many I can think of x.x

Endgame by Nancy Garden is a good book. It's looking through the perspective of a killer's mind and how they struggle to keep themselves from doing anything until finally they snap. I really really loved it.

  • tashalove,

I read this book called Ashes of Roses. Very interesting, strong on feminist point of view. It's short, but powerful.
