So there's Gyge, the sheepherder. A lamb runs into a cave, and Gyge follows in after it. He ends up in a tomb, and on the finger of this guy is a ring. Gyge freaks out, takes the ring and the lamb and runs like hell. After messing around with the ring, Gyge discovers that by turning it one way on his finger, he becomes invisible from everyone INCLUDING God. By turning it back, people can see him again. Gyge kills the King, seduces the Queen, and takes over the kingdom.
