lol thats the thing losing weight isn't bad its just a bit more of a challenge to teach your body how to balence it all out
i mean im not against vegeans. i tried it actually once. the thing is i lost soooo much weight

Quorn Chili Con Carne
Servings : 4-6
Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Difficulty : Easy
Very simple chilli recipe using Quorn as the meat substitute.
Ingredients
1 (300 g) packet of Quorn mince
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1 (300 g) can of rinsed kidney beans
1 (400 g) can of chopped tomatoes
2 carrots, quartered and sliced
Chilli powder (to taste)
2 tbsp. of olive oil
Salt & pepper
Boiled rice
Method
Sautbobba the chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper and the sliced and quartered carrots in olive oil for several minutes.
Add the pack of Quorn Mince and then sautbobba for a several more minutes. Stir well.
Then add in the kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and chilli powder to taste.
How much chilli depends on its strength and your taste buds. You can always add a little more in later stages. I find 2 teaspoons makes a reasonably hot chilli.
Bring this to the boil while stirring regularly, cover and simmer approx. 20-30 minutes.
Next this can be served with a large portion of boiled rice - Basmati!!

Just, make sure to get protein, & stuff like that.
Peanut butter is probably one of the best & most recommended snacks.
Eat celery with peanutbutter, <-- yummmmmmyyyyyyy, and anything with peanut butter..
