Some Staff talk like they were programmed in some way and act as if we're all pre-teens..

but his role right now is to run events. if you give him another role (hotel manager - not that it matters anymore because he isn't a candidate), then he won't have as much time to run events, so if anything, you would have seen FEWER events. i'm happy where everyone is right now...
