A scammer is a person who steals item(s) away from another using trickery, or brutal force.
Basically, if the item(s) were taken from the other unfairly, or in a way which the person would not agree on.

► Habbo "Retro" servers are hazardous. If you visit one, you risk having your personal/habbo information stolen! Avoid them to ensure your safekeeping.
