- Flooding 3 Times in a Row
- Begging (Asking for donations)
- Blocking door
- Scamming & Quick Trading
- Abusing / Insulting Room MODs or Habbos
* All scammers are reported.

- Idle qualities: Intelligence, Responsibility, Dedication, Caring, Leadership, Trustworthy, Honesty, etc.
- Rites are 1 Goldbar (not for my personal profit gain, but to ensure your intentions are to become a moderator, and nothing else...)
- VIP Access is 10 Coins
