Scammed?
Were you scammed? The first thing you need to do is CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD! Then go to the Habbo Help Tool (located at the Contact Us tab of the Help window - top right corner of your habbo homepage screen) and explain what happened. Your scammer will hopefully be traced and permanently banned from the hotel. Also, if you need any Live help, use the Call for Help (cfh) tool which is at the bottom right corner of your habbo screen... the blue question mark.

Should you give your password out under ANY circumstances?
NO! Why would you want to? Were you offered FREE coins? Still, the answer is NO! Don't change ANY of your habbo details (email, password, etc.) if requested by another habbo. There are so many ways to be scammed now a days. STAY SAFE!

A good password usually consists of UPPERCASE, and lowercase letters with some numbers and should be 6-9 characters long. You can also exchange letters for numbers. Lets say your password was computers. You can change that to C0MPUT3R5. Or you could just go with a bunch of jumbled letters like ha2H4kl1S. (Dont use this as your habbo password) and ALWAYS be sure to write your password down in a safe place.

Habbo X is short for Habbo eXpert, which is a habbo helper. These people have a badge that has an X on it and possibly another symbol beside it to represent the topic they specialize in. Habbo eXperts are there to guide habbos into the right direction. If you ever need help, be sure to ask one of them. This includes email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, instant messenger emails, myspace, etc. If you reveal your any of this to another habbo, it can result in a ban from habbo hotel. Also, if you choose to accept habbos onto your email lists or instant messenger contacts, NEVER accept ANY files from them as they could contain harmful viruses!

Habbo Retro's
Habbo Retros are ILLEGAL version of the habbo hotel. These hotels come with unlimited coins, free furni, and you might even be able to be a moderator on it. Sounds fun, doesn't it? Any owners of a retro or players that Play retros may be permantly banned as this is an infringement on Sulake Copyright laws.
