What is this group for?
Have you ever entered a Habbo USA pixel competition, and you didn't win? You're not the only one! But, it's well known that there are some darn good entries submitted to each competition, but they do not win because of the limits. So, "Rising Pixel Artists" acknowledges those who submitted great entries! (that follow all guide-lines)

Once you get 3 Rising Pixel artist points, you will get 1c for each point you earn! (not including the original 3)

Judging
We choose the entries that will earn Rising Pixel artist points very carefully. We have a criteria we use when judging:
1. Attention to detail
(shading, patterns, etc)
2. Over all appearance
(Hey - it has to look good)
3. Follows the competition rules
(if the contest was 'create a duck', an enlarged Habbo just won't do)
