Rising Pixel artists is basically "honor points", but instead of earning points from room competitions, you earn them from pixel competitions! Each month, we will choose the best entries (that we were able to find on Habbo - up to 3) that didn't win, but were darn good! The best part is, Rising Pixel Artists doesn't only apply to Stray Pixels, but applies to all official Habbo USA pixel competitons!

Guidelines:
- We only choose entries that didn't win, but that were darn good!
- We only accept entries that were submitted to an official Habbo USA pixel competition (that didn't win)
- By posting your entry on Habbo, you basically enter yourself... but posting in OUR forums gets our attention quicker
- Hand drawn art isn't considered "pixel" art, thus isn't accepted, sorry
- You must have created the entry, if it turns out you DIDN'T make it, your Rising Pixel Artist point(s) will be revoked, and you will be unable to earn anymore
- Up to 3 non winning entries will be chosen per competition
- your entry must follow all of the competition it was entered into's guidelines (size, file size, etc)

Judging:
Entries will be judges by the following criteria;
- Attention to detail
- Overall appearance
- How well the theme was understood

Prizes:
Once you get 3 Rising Pixel artist points, you will get 1c for each point you earn! (not including the original 3)
