Last edited: Do you sometimes get disconnected from Habbo Hotel for no known reason? Are there times when you can’t get on Habbo Hotel? Your pass works and you’re not banned, but the Hotel still doesn’t let you in?
If these things happen to you, help us find the gremlin in the works and squash him!

WHAT HAPPENED Here you describe in your own words what happened when you disconnected or were prevented from logging on. Examples: “I had just closed a trade window and an Ooops message came up and I was thrown off the Hotel.” “I logged into the website, did some stuff on my homepage and then tried to check in to the Hotel but only got a black screen and a shockwave logo but nothing else happened.”
