WHAT HAPPENED Here you describe in your own words what happened when you disconnected or were prevented from logging on.
Examples: “I had just closed a trade window and an Ooops message came up and I was thrown off the Hotel.” “I logged into the website, did some stuff on my homepage and then tried to check in to the Hotel but only got a black screen and a shockwave logo but nothing else happened.”
Description: I logged in onto the homepage then I was re-directed to the Habbo.com/me page. Next I clicked enter hotel, then the hotel screen popped up and it was completely black, and then Safari completely quit. ( I learned that if I log in and go to the Habbo.com/me page and then do something on that screen while I'm waiting a minute, then I don't have this problem entering the hotel. On Firefox I had the same problem it was quite annoying.
Another problem I had with both of these browsers is when I logged into the hotel and loaded the hotel when I went into rooms I could not see teleports. It seemed like any furniture that was animated showed up weird like: Half showing up, wouldn't show up, or would just disappear when activated. The whole experience was weird and it continued for about a month until we got the new update. I tried asking X's how to help and I also sent and email. One eXpert told me they posted it on the "X Forum"with a screenshot I took and no one knew how to help.

I have been having problems with entering the hotel, It says that i need to install shockwave. I've done everything with the firewalls and internet security settings. Ive tried deleting and reinstalling programs including browsers and shockwave, a few things trying to fix the registrys. Another thing i've tried to do is deleting cookies and temp internet files on every browser. My computer is Windows XP and i've tried using all mainstream browsers.

WHAT HAPPENED
Description: When I log into the hotel I get the "movie playback" error, but the main annoyance is when I try to go to a room half the time I get an error that crashes habbo saying cant load picture. Trax machines also error me and sometimes furni will show up in the PH boxes. "
Here is a possible solution, but I need someone to test it:
Go to www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/ Go over the shockwave "image" right click on the blue area and on properties uncheck the "Allow backward compability"
Would someone who is having problems with Shockwave 11 please try this and post here whether it solved the problem?

Hmm well it worked but the text looks kinda weird not like it usualy does when you just gota reload to fix it its kind of like....blotty i mean i can deal with it tho whatever but if you can fix it hey let me know
