Don't blame everything on Sulake and staff. It's not staff's fault to be honest. squib is just being the messenger of possible steps that could help fix the issue.
I'm sure the Sulake technical team is doing all they can to try and fix this. I understand that you are all frustrated, but just be patient and I'm sure they'll find a way around all of your problems.

It is staff's fault, not the little community managers we see, the big organisation staff, and the customer support, its not that their not replying cause they get a lot of e-mails, its that they dont know, thats the problem. And they pay for their servers? wow, so does runescape, and they still give good quality customer support rather than some crappy forum that staff dont reply in.
I have a problem how come sometimes when I log onto the hotel after a while I get a pop-up saying unable to open file then a URl comes then it says because its already open with write permission by another user. How can I fix that THEN on the occasion I get a pop-up saying I got playback movie erros please help me
habbo needs to make the site the way it was before. i have tried everything and i still cant get into the hotel, i havent played in months on my own computer. why have habbo if so many people cant even play??
