I hav a router. the type of internet connection i hav is DSL and thanks alot dude for helping . You should b staff or something.

Your firewall shouldn't have anything to do with your issues with Habbo. Never open ports that shouldn't be open. This could leave your computer vulnerable to dangerous viruses. Ports are usually opened for people to access their own website. (i.e. Port 80). The client user (the viewer) shouldn't have to deal with opening their ports. My best guess is that when you installed Macromedia Flash and/or Shockwave, you didn't have the right permission for it to install properly. Try this: Uninstall Macromedia Flash/Shockwave from your computer. Go to Adobe's website (Google it™) and download each one as an Administrator. You should log onto an account that has administrative rights or (if you have Windows Vista) get the password that allows you to be an administrator to install these. Once you have done this, report back here what you get. ;)

actually like my router i have to open up DMZ in order to go in habbo, other wise i get error #16
habbo use ports, unless my firewall is lying to me :\, (since i have my firewall on stealth it ask me to allow habbo to use a port, in oder to allow me to log on, therefore there are ports being used by habbo, otherwise get #16.)

More case scenarios coming soon.

Well the reason i hav no restore points is becuz the system restore was turned off and wen u turn off system restore the restore points are automatically deleted or not shown anymore. I think when i got my computer fixed it was turned off and my restore points were deleted.

Please tell me u using windows XP... lolz
ok try this but restart after yu uninstall
tell me if u get that same error again

To uninstall shockwave for windows XP, go to start, control panel, click add and remove programs, (if you have a lot of trash like my computer it should take a while to load.) look for adobe Shockwave Player click it then click change and remove,. Don't click automatic because if experience that shockwave is still install when you click automatic remove, but click custom then click next then click select all, (do the same for the rest until you reach the button finish,) then click finish, now it should start uninstalling.

Now restart your computer, its essential to restart to dump old memory.

After restarting its time to install (about time)

Go to this site: www.adobe.com

Focus on the right side you should see Get Adobe, Get Flash Player and such..
Adobe Shockwave Player should be on the lower right side, click it then on the next page click install (if using Windows XP with Internet Explorer 7+, Safari For windows. (didn't test Firefox) but should preform the same.

May I ask, does your computer have a Dual Core processor?

Also, I do correct myself, sometimes your firewall doesn't open ports automatically or give you a notice to do so. If you know how to open ports, open these ports only. Your usual local connection to your router is One-hundred Ninty-Two [period] One-hundred Sixty-eight [period] One [period] One. Then press enter.

Your system specs would be nice to know ;). To get them go to My Computer -> View System Information (XP). Or System Properties (Vista).
