Help, this has been happening for weeks:

WHAT HAPPENED: I get those errors about 10 seconds right after the bar on the bottom of the client is finished loading. I have completely removed Adobe Shockwave Player 11 then reinstalled it and the same thing occurs, this happens on Habbo Canada (.ca) to me also, but does not happen on Habbo UK (.co.uk) I disabled my windows firewall and uninstalled my anti virus (AVG) still didn't work I also used my upstairs computer and it's getting the same error. Never in all the times I have been playing habbo has this happened to me Could this possibly be an IP ban? I haven't done anything to deserve one

WHAT HAPPENED Here you describe in your own words what happened when you disconnected or were prevented from logging on.
IE: i log into the hotel.. it either hardly loads or doesnt load at all.. or on a rare occasion i get INTO the hotel.. but when i try to load a room, i get a popup error. i always get one of two error reports (as shown below). after that i click okay or the x.. and it just goes black screened.
FIREFOX: i log in, and nothing. its just a black screen. sometimes it will do the same as IE, sometimes not.

At first I just got the "A firewall is blocking" or whatever. This wasnt the case. I disabled firewall and it still didnt work. Then I got Error #16 for ages. No explination as to what it is, because that would be too much work..? Now I'm getting firewall message again.

WHAT HAPPENED: When i open up habbo, the Loading screen comes and after its done loading all i get is a Black screen, i've already tried the several ways you offered that might help but they don't. Un-instlling it and re-installing it didn't work. I've tried to log into habbo from a different User account on my computer but nothing seems to work, so i'm really stumped on what i can do. I don't get any error messages or anything just a black screen and then nothing.
UNABLE TO OPEN FILE…BECAUSE ITS ALREADY OPENED BY WRITE PERMISION BY ANOTHR USER…

i'm having that same problem.
If you're on XP/Vista, the problem has been solved by logging into habbo from the Windows Guest Account. To turn it on, click Start > Control Panel (If it's on Category View, click on "Switch to Classic View) > User Accounts > Click On Guest account > Turn it on
Now click Start > Log Off > Log off (Or switch accounts) then log into the Guest Account and Habbo should now work ;)

WHAT HAPPENED
I would log on, and when I entered the hotel, everything would be blank. I could see my picture in the bottom left corner and I could see navigator and all the other signs at the bottom too. But next to my picture I could not see words (My name, motto, etc.). and on navigator I could not see room names. Whenever I clicked on certain things I would usually get disconnected with the "Oops!" message. I could do things like click the guest rooms button on navigator. but if I went to the part where my rooms are, disconnected. If I clicked the Help Question Mark Button, disconnected. I have no idea what is going on.
Unfortunately we are unable to connect you to Habbo Hotel. This could be because your computer is blocking the connections via a firewall. The data relating to this issue has been logged and will be analyzed by our support team. Sorry for the inconvenience.
