Date of disconnection/access problem: Starting August 18 and ever since then - I can't log onto Habbo
Time of disconnection/access problem if known: Time is not a factor. I just simply can not log onto Habbo
Operating system (e.g. Windows 2000/XP/Vista, Mac etc): Windows XP
Browser type (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari etc): Internet Explorer
Browser version: Internet Explorer Version 6.0
Shockwave version: Shockwave 11.0r429
Flash version: Version 9,0,47,0
WHAT HAPPENED Here you describe in your own words what happened when you disconnected or were prevented from logging on.
Everything from the LOGGING on Process works perfectly. I found out from my friends that I was not hacked and I'm positive that I'm not banned.
Whenever I log on, during the BLUE LOADING SCREEN - It would always say that I have "This shockwave movie has errors that have caused playback problems. Please contact the author of this content regarding this problem. Shockwave is unable to continue".
When I'm lucky enough to go up to the loading screen with the Hotel on the background, it would always say that I am "Unable to open File" It then gives me a long link of some Habbo Image. After that, it concludes with saying "because it is already written with write permission by another user".

I have un-installed & re-installed shockwave player, but I don't think that seems to be the problem because it does not work. Now, I have searched this problem up on google and there is NO SOLUTION to this problem. I'm guessing this has to do something with Habbo, please fix it?
And Yes, still nobody from Tech Errors have done much to help us
This is a bullbobba group. When a lot of people reported errors, Habbo launched this group up to improve their image by acting like "they really care about their players".
They had this group active for a couple of days and now, it's completely dead.
I've gotten more help from other players with the same problem who actually offered me suggestions that Squib when I contacted her and when I contacted Habbo.... how sad

If you try to open up the Habbo Hotel client and a pop-up saying:
"Your shockwave movie has errors that have caused playback errors. Please contact the author of this content regarding this problem. Shockwave is unable to continue"
or
"Unable to open file http://img.habbohotel.com...[then there is a long link] Because it is already open with write permission by another user."
2. Make a New User Account on your Computer (Not for Habbo Hotel)
If that doesn't work... then the final desperate solution is
3. Reformat you computer which deletes every single file in your computer as if it were brand new. This is the final solution so make sure you back up your files that are important to you - Especially school related.
This is just an announcement for people who may not have found a way to play Habbo yet. People here helped me so I'm just announcing solutions to fix your problems. Hope it helps

habbo hasn't bin working for me for almost 4 months now and my only option is to reformat my computer becuz the other options were useless for me but i'm kinda clueless on how to do that.

...this is what has just started happening for me and this is very annoying...urgh. I don't know how to fix it and looks like I just can't play habbo, wth?
