Staff rarely has proof of what they accuse people of doing; I was in a room that was closed for "inappropriate stickies," when, in fact, there was nothing on the stickies. They really have to stop taking peoples' words and check it out themselves before they make major decisions that seem to take them a minute, give or take a few seconds. But we all know that they are proud of themselves for 'keeping the hotel safe,' and they are proud of the 'witty ideas' that they come up with, so there's no sense in telling them they're doing their job wrong when they are their own management. Sulake won't intervene unless it's a technical problem.
