FAQS about the Call For Help Tool:
1) It's not fair to get banned for asking for help!
Answer: You will never get banned you for asking for help as long as you follow the proper procedures when asking for help. We only ban Habbos who ignore our procedures about how to ask for help. Remember, it must be a real emergency!
2) Why did I get banned for using the Call for Help?
Answer: We only ban Habbos who abuse the Call for Help.

3) What do I do about Habbos that are bothering me?
Answer: All Habbos have the power to block someone's chat. The IGNORE button is easy to use! Just click on the Habbo person and then click on the IGNORE button.
You don't need to report every single thing, especially things that YOU can control. In fact, reporting every little thing keeps the Moderators from getting to real emergency calls.

Here are some examples of what we consider a REAL EMERGENCY:
Someone saying something that scares you
Someone using extremely graphic or bad language
Someone using hate speech about you or another Habbo (racism is not tolerated in the hotel)
Someone threatening to hurt you offline or in real life
Someone threatening to steal your account
Someone acting out bobba or extreme violence in the Hotel
Someone asking you very personal information such as email, pics, bobba, AIM, etc...
