Our planet is not in peril.
btw on the subject of this quote... our planet may not be in peril NOW but it will be soon in the future!!! natural resources are depleting as we speak. look at oil, and everything else people are fighting over!! it's horrible to think that maybe in as soon as a few decades that our planet will be unable to give humans the things we need to live... =\

Resources are plentyful. you just need to know where to look. I think you meant "Natural Resources" are low. But we don't need natural resources as much as you think we do. There are renewable resources that can maintain our way of life the same, if not make it better.

I read a bunch of posts but i got tired of reading them. So if my point is already here then I am sorry. However, the reason why all so many scientists agree with the global warming theory is because they have to. Scientists will lose funding from some vital groups if they publicly disagree with the idea. Then global warming supporters just use this as a silencer.
Ex: Person 1: global warming is not caused by humans Person 2: If it's caused by humans then why do all the major scientists agree that it is?
I know for a fact that scientists are manipulated in this way. 1. It's known and discussed by many talk radio shows as well as all over the internet. 2. There are several confessions of scientists claiming this. They also claim that if they want funding they would somehow twist global warming into their study (Available in text and video form, you can probably find some videos on youtube). 3. My father has many scientist friends (he works with them). I've met them. They tell us the same thing.
