Because we were born this way. There's no way 1 person can't be racist at all. Some of us just keep it to ourselves and some others just let it go.
No, there are people that are't racist, but only those who know what racism truly is and how it's affecting us all aren't racist. Those who don't know what racism is, why people are racist, why people are mostly indifferent to racism will always be racist.
