I don't believe everyone is racist. People who are racist were simply raised to think that way, maybe to stereotype or think a race makes someone lower then themselves. I will not put down racist nor support them, because I CAN NOT understand how someone can think like that, my mind doesn't work in that way... I don't think I've ever thought of a race lower then my own nor higher. Where I live we have many different races, there is no majority race here. I respect them all, for those who don't, I don't know what to say, I've tried many times to change this type of person's view but I can't their too busy calling me a the n word... just because my skin is light brown. I'm not an African American for the record.
Lack of education If they dont know that being racist is wrongish then they keep doing it. It also depends on how you're brought up too. If your parents are racist then some of it rubs off on you.
