What are the names of the moderation staff members?

The part time moderation staff employed by Sulake US use specifically prefixed MOD- names during their scheduled working hours to identify themselves as moderation staff members. MOD's have special Habbo Staff badges as well, to identify themselves as staff members.

How do I contact a Moderator?

Easy! Click on the blue question mark, located at the bottom right corner of your screen.

The 'Call for help' is Habbo Hotel's emergency service - please only use it in emergencies. Explain clearly what the problem is when you call for help, and include the Habbo's name that you're calling about if possible.

For general questions about the hotel, feel free to approach a Habbo X whenever you see them in the hotel.

What is a Moderator?

A Moderator is a professional online community moderator. Moderators ("Mods") work hard to make sure that everyone has an enjoyable and safe experience in the hotel.

Moderators have the prefix MOD- (that's an uppercase "o", not a ZERO) , with the hyphen, in their names (Such as MOD-Ace)

Any other name is a scam name and not a MOD. You can always tell staff by clicking on them and checking their badges. All Moderators must ALWAYS wear their badges.
