Click on 'Update my Habbo ID' when you're in logged into Habbo and on Hotel View (NOT in any room) go to page two of your Habbo ID and choose 'change my email address'. You'll need to know your current email address and the date of birth on your Habbo account to change it to a new one. You will also be sent an email to your old email address to verify that you wanted the change to be made.


NOTE: Never change your email address because someone asks you to, they could get your password sent to that address and steal your account and furni.

For security reasons, we require your birthdate that you entered when you registered your Habbo. It is our way of making sure that it is you changing your account details and not a scammer.

NOTE: Make sure you know the birthdate to your account! It is a good idea to put your real birthdate so you won't forget it.

We need your current password to verify it is the owner of the account attempting to change account details. You have to know the current password and date of birth on the account as security so that it is not so easy for your account to be stolen. Just make sure you keep your personal details (including your password, email address and birthday) a secret.

Once you have made a Habbo account you cannot change the name of that account yourself, nor can we change the name for you.

If you want an account with a different name then please create a new account and transfer any furniture and items to it yourself.

Habbo Hotel is free! It costs nothing to create an account and explore Habbo, but for a few Habbo credits you can decorate your room, buy gifts for your friends, buy Habbo Club or play games like Wobble Squabble. Habbo Credits only cost around 20 cents each - that's 5 for a dollar!

Login into Habbo Hotel and go to the "Hotel View" screen. (You should be able to see the cars driving on the street outside of the Hotel). Click on 'Update my Habbo ID' and go to page two of your Habbo ID and choose 'change your password'. You have to know the date of birth on your Habbo account to change your password. This is the date of birth you entered when you registered and created your Habbo. If you do not know this, you will not be able change your password.

NOTE: NEVER change your password to something someone has told you to, they could steal your account, and all your Habbo furniture. If someone asks for your password, or asks you to change it, then you should send a 'call for help' and report them to a Moderator.
