Yeah I have been doing pretty well with that because in trade rooms people generally only want to trade furntiure so it's good to actually get coins instead. I just wish you could list 15 per coin instead though that would help too.

soz gtg to work but for that maze just keep making a row of pura shelves like i started, put something at the ends of them that is food related, add a roller in front of the cash registers, and then randomly put chairs in stuff for a path and be done with it.
Yeah I talked to him also and it sounds like he is selling or giving away his stuff.
