Oh it's the name of a groundhog used in Pennsylvania on February 2nd. it's called Groundhog day and if the groundhog sees it's shadow when it comes out of it's hole. It meens 6 more weeks of winter. Of course where I am it's spring so it doesn't count here but I know a lot of states rely on the prediction.
