13)Don't let people "borrow" furni.
14)Always check the the furni in the tradebox. Put your cursor over the item to ensure it is what you think it is.

3)Don't do "agree fast" trades.
4)Don't give out personal info (email/birthdate etc)
5)Don't visit 'retros'
6)If you want to bet..check out the dealer FIRST.
7)No one can 'double' your furni
8)Ctrl + M is like 'Enter'. Whatever you have typed in will appear on the screen
