Since the BP oil spill, over 400 species have been put at risk. With a list of approximately 1,355 different species currently in danger in our oceans, this brings a huge concern about the future of our marine friends.

Non-profits are working around the clock to make a difference and now, it's our turn to help too Habbos!

    Ways to help:

Report injured wildlife: If you live along the coast, be sure to report any damage you see immediately!

Volunteer: There are tons of volunteer opportunities available. Several organizations on-site need help. Just make sure you're of the proper age as many have age requirements!

Write to your elected officials: Crisis always brings attention to important issues. use this negative as a chance to shed light in your area!

Donate or collect supplies: Many organizations are collecting supplies and money to help with clean up, support, and animal well-being. If you can, find one that supports what you do and help out!

Regardless of how you help, the easiest way is to just keep yourself educated and informed!

    Watch or read the news.
Keep track of your favorite organizations.

As Paul Harris once said, "Individuals and nations owe it to themselves and the world to become informed."
