LOL - you know men, people that wear their jeans, pants low, so that you can see what underwear they are wearing and this is some how cool and gangster like, well this style came from American prisons, where inmates who were willing to get penetrated by other inmates would signal this willingness through wearing their jeans low and revealing a bit of the butt, they did this to not get consequences from the guards etc, so please inform people who wear their jeans like this.
