Well, it turns out during 4th bell he had to go home because he couldn't breathe well.
:( I was like, "I told you you didn't look so hot!"
He had sighed. "Yeah, yeah, you were right. But at least I'm going home!" he had added cheerfully.

Well, he started coughing a lot all through Science. I was like, "Jake, are you okay?"
"Yeah, yeah I'm fine. I just had an asthma attack last night." he had told me.
"Oh" I said. After a pause, "Are you sure?"
"Yeah, yeah it's just a cough." he told me again, growing impatient.
